KILN-DRIED CHIP

A premium grade product, Niagara Kiln-Dried Wood Chip is the fuel choice of schools, business and local government in the Southland and Otago areas.



We have the ability to provide chip at a variety of moisture contents as per your boiler requirements.

We produce a 10% moisture content chip from our manufacturing offcuts which is available as a standalone product.

Alternatively this dry chip can be blended with Green Wood chip from our sawmill to achieve the desired moisture content for your Boiler requirements.



Because of its high calorific value Niagara Kiln-Dried Wood Chip is great option when looking at a conversion from Fossil Fuels.

Niagara is the only wood fuel supplier in the South Island which can offer this product.

Produced at our Kennington Sawmill Niagara Green Sawmill chip is a 50% moisture content chip available for larger scale Biomass Boilers.



Screened to a uniform size ensuring the product is free of bark Niagara Green Sawmill chip is a clean burning readily available fuel.



Niagara Wood Chip is the ideal Fuel for large scale commercial Boilers, delivery is available throughout the South Island.



GREEN SAWMILL CHIP

Produced at our Kennington Sawmill, Niagara Green Sawmill Chip is a 50-60% moisture content chip available for larger-scale biomass boilers.


Screened to a uniform size to ensure the product is free of bark, Niagara Green Sawmill Chip is a clean-burning, readily available fuel.


Niagara Green Sawmill Chip is the ideal fuel for large-scale commercial boilers, with delivery available throughout the South Island.
